Naidu questions CBI for not arresting KVP

Nellore: Telugu Desam president N Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday accused YSR Congress president and Kadapa MP Jagan Mohan Reddy of forcing the industrialists to invest their money in his companies.

Addressing a by-election campaign at Alur in in Nellore district, the TDP chief said that former government advisor K V P Ramachandra Rao played a crucial role in mobilising the investments in the companies floated by Jagan Mohan Reddy.

He asked the CBI as to why it has arrested or questioned Ramachandra Rao in connection with the disproportionate assets case of Jagan.

Naidu said that the YSR Congress family members, who looted the state, have no moral right to seek the votes in their favour and called upon the electorate to defeat the Congress and YSR Congress in the by-elections.

He also demanded the State Government sack those five ministers against whom the Supreme Court served notices for issuing 26 controversial GOs that favoured Jagan in accumulating illegal wealth.

He ridiculed the Bharatiya Janata Party for extending solidarity to corrupt Jagan Mohan Reddy.
