  Hosni Mubarak gets life imprisonment, sons acquitted  
     
 
Cairo: Deposed Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak was sentenced to life in prison for complicity in killings of protesters.

Mubarak was wheeled into court on Saturday to hear the verdict in the case against him on charges of corruption and ordering the killing of protesters last year state television
showed.

His two sons, Gamal and Alaa, who are standing trial on corruption charges, were acquitted.

Mubarak's former interior minister, Habib el-Adli, also charged over the deaths of protesters, was also among the defendants in the cage.
